British Dressage Supporters Club

The British Dressage Supporters Club (BDSC) was founded in 1983 to support, promote and improve British Dressage.

What does the BDSC do? We raise funds to:
Encourage young riders by supporting the Pony Club Area Dressage Competitions and awarding training grants and rosettes at The Pony Club Championships. We support and sponsor the Talent Spotting Scheme to find and encourage talented young riders. We also sponsor the Development Day for assessors of the scheme.

We sponsor the National Judges Seminar with world renowned Official International Judges.

We organise trips abroad to international dressage competitions for members of the BDSC to enjoy, including the European Championships and the World Equestrian Games.

We sponsor a bursary for riders who are on the international squad but do not get financial help from World Class Performance. We have the BDSC marquee at the international meeting at Hickstead and the National Championships at Stoneleigh where members can meet up and watch the dressage.

What's in it for me?

These are just some of our areas of support, for further information please do not hesitate in contacting me Lorrie Sisson.
