NEWS FOR 2008

Congratulation to Kelsie Willis

Kelsie reached the final of the Dengie Show Jumping at Moreton Morrell. She did extremely well winning the warm up class, but unfortnately didn't get placed in the main class. It was great to have a member at the final. Well Done!!

NEWS FOR 2007

EVENTING

Congratulation to the Intermediate Team for qualifing for the Championships next week. The team consisted of Sophie Goodall, Charlotte Benbow, Annabel Brentall and Rachel Chester. Good luck from everyone in the club.

Individual places at the Area 7 Horse Trails are as follows:

Open - Sally Goodall - 5th

Intermediate - Sophie Goodall - 2nd and Annabel Brentall - 4th.

Novice - Sophie Grainger - 3rd and Emma Raw-Rees - 12th

Welldone to everyone who took part, everyone needs a pat on the back for doing so well.

DRESSAGE

Congratulation to Sophie Goodall on Rhodes Rimmer on Monday 21st July at Rodbaston qualified for The Championships on Tuesday 21st August as an individual. Good Luck!!

Welldone also to Sally Goodall who was 2nd in her section.

SHOW JUMPING

Area Show Jumping on Wednesday 1st August at Weston Lawns.

This was a very successful day for the Club as in the NFU Mutual Show Jumping National Novice Qualifier the team consisting of Samantha Pettifer on Irish Gold, Emma Raw-Rees on Hot Gossip, Sophie Grainger on Champ and Kelsie Willis on Dell came 5th out of 28 Teams. Individual - Emma Raw-Rees was 1st and Kelsie Willis was 2nd, they will go forward to the Novice Championships on Saturday 25th August at Smallwood Livery Centre, Cheshire.

The Horse and Pony Intermediate Show Jumping Qualifier the team consisted of Charlotte Benbow on Flynn, Harriet Day on Esadude, Annabel Brentnall on Maverick and Sophie Goodall on Rhodes Sydney came 1st out of 16 Teams. This team will go forward to the Championships on Monday 20th August at Shelford Manor, Nottinghamshire. Individual - Harriet Day was 5th and Annabel Brentnall was 6th.

GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE AT THE CHAMPIONSHIPS.

The Pre-Novice Team consisting of Molly Sutcliffe on Harlequin, Rosa Sutcliffe on Diamonds Forever, Camilla Baker on Monty and Katie Raw-Rees on Charlie Brown and Claud Baker on Blackberry jumped as an Individual. Well done to the team and individual as you did really well.

Sally Goodall jumped as an Individual in the Open Qualifier.
