AREA SJ

We had a very successful day at the Area SJ competition held by Mid Devon Pony Club on 2nd August.

The Open team of Bryony Jelbert riding Grace Jones, Simon Vincet riding Secret Service, Lucy Hardy riding Chumley and Claire Cook riding Hillside Drummer came 2nd and just missed out on qualifying, with Bryony finishing 5th overall.

The Novice team of Eloise Phillips and paddy cool, Edward Sampson and Storm, Katie Cane Johnson and Pepsi and Sasha Aghda and October came 1st! And have qualified for the National Championships in Cheshire later this month.  Sasha also had an individual first with a very fast time, with Edward 2nd, and Abbey Jeffery on Billy 3rd.  A brilliant result.
