Cross Country Schooling Passes

This year we have had a slight change from where you can obtain schooling passes. 

They will be available at a cost of £10 for SHPC members & £15 for non members from:

Please Note: Schooling passes are NOT available via the post until after the 1st June.  Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Instructions on advance purchase of XC Schooling Passes for Kings Meadow, Ickworth Park.

1. Print off Booking Form from SHPC Website (below or from the home page under booking forms)

2. Complete, in full, and send to Lucy McCarrthy, Parkfield, Beyton Road, Drinkstone, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk IP30 9SU together with cheque for the full amount (made payable to Suffolk Hunt Pony Club).  Please enclose a stamped SAE for teh return of the pass.

3.  Passes will be issued upon receipt of the above, you will be sent a coloured Pass (to be displayed in your vehicle window) and a tear off slip which is to be posted in the post box on entry into Kings Meadow.

This process will take approx 3 - 4 working days, and is therefore only appropriate for advance bookings.  Any queries, please telephone Lucy on 01359 271372 (before 8pm)

Please note that No passes will be issued without the correct forms or fees.
