Area Eventing
The Branch teams had an extremely successful day at the Area Eventing in Nevern.
The Novice team consisting of Bea Bea, Cethin and Emily won their event with Bea Bea 1st overall, Cethin 2nd overall and Emily 5th.
Alice entered the Intermediate competition but sadly didn't have a good day.
Two Junior teams represented the branch. Taryn, Izzy, Felicity and Lucinda were delighted to win the Junior Event and Taryn was placed 1st overall and Lucinda was 5th overall.
Jodie B, Rosanna and Georgina were not placed but all enjoyed their first experience of one day eventing.
The Minimus team - Anna, Lorcan, Abi and Jack kept up the good performance and came 2nd in their event. Anna was 2nd overall, Jack was 5th overall and Abi 6th.
Another good day for South Pembs!

Area Showjumping
Congratulations to everyone who took part in the competition at Swansea.
Minimus Results:
The Sparklers ( Anna, Jodie B, Lorcan and Abi) came 3rd and 1st in Tack and Turnout.
The Dazzlers (Jack, Ele, Jodie C and Emma) were placed 6th.
Double clears went to Anna, Jack and Ele.
Junior Competition:
The Pink Ladies ( Taryn, Lucinda, Izzy and Sarah) came 2nd and 4th in Tack and Turnout.
The High Fliers ( Cethin, Harriet, Rosanna and Felicity) were placed 6th and 1st in Tack and Turn out.
Double Clears went to Taryn, Cethin and Harriet.
Novice Individual competition:
Emily qualified for the novice championships in Cheshire . Gabby also competed in the same class, unfortunately she wasn't placed but was very pleased with her performance.
Well done to you all for doing so well on a very hot day.






Area Dressage
The Intermediate Team of Alice, Cethin and Emily did extremely well to win and will represent us at the Championships in Derbyshire.
Two Novice teams entered the competition. Bea Bea, Hannah, Felicity and Izzy won and now go on to the championships in Cheshire. Bea Bea was 1st in her arena and Izzy 2nd in her arena.
The second team of Lucinda, Harriet, Abi and Cerys were not placed but did really well and Lucinda came 6th in her arena.
Lucinda had entered one of the individual classes and was delighted to win it.
Another good day for our Branch - well done to everyone for all their hard work.
Seven members of the branch took part in the Pony Racing at the South Pembrokeshire Hunt Point to Point at Lydstep on Easter Monday. Competing in the 13.2 class were Edward Andrews, Jack Goldsworthy Spuffard, Tom Kinnear, Abigail Meyrick and Lucinda Perrett. Daisy Allen and Gabriella Hughes took part in the over 13.2 class.
The riders qualified for the event by attending either at least four Pony Club rallies or hunting four times with the South Pembrokeshire Hunt. A number of them had also attended a Pony Club organised race training day at Cheltenham Race course. All the riders did extremely well and enjoyed the experience. Jack and Lucinda were both led back into the winners enclosure coming 3rd and 4th respectively. Well done to them all.




100Club
The lucky winners of the final draw for 2007 were: £40 Mrs R Muscutt, £25 Mrs Scourfield, £15 Miss Eva Brock.

Merchandise
Pony Club merchandise (sweatshirts, polo shirts, wallets, ties badges etc) has now been handed over to Sarah Andrews who can be contacted on 01834 861611. Thank you to Emma Scourfield for keeping us all smartly dressed over the last few years.
