Junior Camp Manager

Helen Barth has done this job along with her helpers for the last few years, Helen is now stepping down from this job and we need some one to take her place.

Junior camp is 4th 5th and 6th of August provisional dates.

SCUNTHORPE AND DISTRICT PONY CLUB

 

 

Every parent/member must help at 2 of the open events that are held throughout the year. You will be given a voucher in appreciation of your efforts, this can be used against entry fees or rally fees.

Below is a list of all the jobs, as you can see it takes a lot of help to hold these events, without this help the events will not be able to run.

HUNTER TRIALS

 

Day before setting up

Course designing and building

Collecting caravans and equipment trailers from Bagmoor Farm

Person to flag the course

Helper to flag the course with a tow vehicle

Putting up the Marquee

Roping of the course

Roping of the collecting ring and time section

Putting out direction signs for the event

Person to check course after flagging is complete
