Welcome to the Berkeley Hunt South area of the Pony Club website.

The Berkeley Hunt South Branch was established in 1979 and is part of Pony Club Area 9.

We aim to be a small and friendly branch, we have around 60 members ranging in age from 3 to 20 years. The majority of our members live in South Gloucestershire. We try to cater for everyone, from those wanting to have fun with their pony to those wanting to compete in area teams and higher. Our members enjoy many activities:

we hold regular rallies and horse and pony care sessions
we have both a residential camp and a non-residential camp each year
we try to form as many teams as possible for dressage, show jumping, eventing, mounted games and tetrathlon competitions
We have events such as fun days and beach rides
Many of our members enjoy hunting with the Berkeley Hunt
We enjoy trips to places such as Olympia, veterinary hospitals and Badminton stables
