Four Burrow Hunt Tetrathlon (31st March, 2007 / 1st April, 2007)

Once again our NC tetrathletes did us proud at the Four Burrow Hunt Tetrathlon held at Truro School and Chyverton Parc over the weekend of 31st May, 2007 and 1st April, 2007.

The following team members were placed as noted in the individual competitions ;

Intermediate Girls.

Abi Glencross 3rd.
Harriet Dance 2nd.
Lowenna Stephens 4th.

Junior Girls.

Emma Harris 3rd.
Katie Howard 2^nd.
Nina Ball 4th.

Novice Junior / Boys & Girls.

Page Trethewey 3rd.

Minimus Boys.

Dominic Trethewey 6^th.
Harry Greaves 4^th.

Minimus Girls.

Stacey Skelton 3^rd.

Boys & Girls 9 and Under.

Bryher Freight 5^th.
Luke Spry 2^nd.

The North Cornwall team of Dominic Trethewey, Toby Dance and Luke Spy were placed 8^th. The North Cornwall Collies comprising Abi Glencross, Harry Greaves, Stacey Skelton and Page Trethewey came 5^th. Emma Harris, Nina Ball, Katie Howard and Harriet Dance (North Cornwall Labradors) achieved 2^nd place.

Everyone had a great day and there were many PBs from our brilliant competitors.

HARRIET DANCES ON WATER.

One of the highlights of the competition came in the cross country at Chyverton Parc. Not content with her score in the swimming phase, Harriet Dance decided that she would amass some more points by adding to her metres in the water jump. Unfortunately no one was present to confirm the additional three lengths and Harriet, to her immense credit, remounted and completed the course within the time allowed.
