Efficiency Tests

Members are normally organised into rides according to which test members of thier ability are currently working towards. Stable management is covered during the rallies and tests are taken when the group is ready. No pressure is put on children who do not wish to take the tests - although we normally find that even the more exam-nervous realise that the tests are not too frightening and the coloured felt at the end of it is definitely worthwhile.

By the time the members are ready to start working for their B and A tests extra rallies are arranged for them to ensure that they are well up to the standard required for a good pass.
