Achievment Badge Night 30 April 2007

1^st Achievement badge day of 2007

Monday 30^th April 2007 at Stoneyknoll Farm, Oswaldtwistle

Twenty children attended the first in a series of Holcombe Pony Club’s Monday Activity Days (MAP), today was the grooming and mucking out badge evening.

The children were split into two groups for the evening, one group was instructed by Daisy Shufflebottom and the other group led by Kelly Sagar and Amanda Rushton. All three leaders were well prepared and run the sessions with confidence and structure, well done to the three of you.

All the children passed both badges, Kelly, Amanda and Daisy all commented on how well behaved the children were and how eager they were to listen and learn.

Special thanks to all the adult volunteers and to Dawn Grundy for the use of her farm.

The next badge evening is on Monday 14^th May 7-9pm again at Dawn’s farm doing the loading and bandaging badges.
