Re: Show Jumping Teams for 2008
1. Hickstead Qualifier May 29th. Open to those confidently jumping 3'6" with a bigger jump off. The Final is at Hickstead at the end of July. Please put your name forward and make sure you and your horses have attended three working rallies in the past year. This includes camp (counts as 1 rally) and must include one rally in 2008 .
2. Pony Club area show jumping Open 3'6",Intermediate 3'3", Novice 3' all have Championships in Aug. The qualifier is at the Berkeley on July 12th. Please check rule book to ensure that the combinations are eligible and have done three rallies. Anyone who has not attended the show jumping rallies regularly must make sure that they are assessed before teams can be selected. Please contact Pella Goodhew by email pellagoodhew@hotmail.co.uk
3. Pony Club teams for smaller classes please contact Sarah Kellard Smith Home: 01608 642584 mobile: 07980 808348 email: sarah@sarahkellard.plus.com I believe there will be 2'6" and 2'9" although I have not seen a schedule. Please check rule book for eligibility and ensure you have done three working rallies.
4. Gatcombe Show Jumping on Fri Aug. 1st there is pony club show jumping in the main arena at Gatcombe. The course starts at 3'3" and is big and spooky. Any one interested in making up a team please contact Pella. Our Pony Club policy is to try and take a new team every year to allow as many people as poss. to have a go .So if you have already done this I am sorry but we don't want you again!
5. Blenheim Show Jumping with cross country new this year. September 11th or 12th I am not sure. This starts at a metre and as a new competition this year I am not sure of the format. We can take one team and we tend to choose the team on merit so get practising your show jumping.

For a trial year - we will be placing the Rule Books on the website. It is strongly recommended that you buy a copy of the appropriate discipline Rule Book(s) so that you always have it to hand for your competitions. All Rule Books are available from The Pony Club Shop at a cost of £3.00.
