We will put you forward for tests when we think you are ready. There is a lot of "learning" to do between C test and C+. It will probably take you 2 years or more. Do the work, but don't rush to take tests if you are not ready.

Equine Working Note Books - this is a structured set of notes organised by level of test (D, D+, C etc.) and can be used as a tutorial system as you progress through all stages. This is NOT an alternative to attending tests training, but can go a long way to help you prepare properly and cover all the sylabus. Click here for more information

Pony Club Manual of Horsemanship - for higher tests (C+, B and A(H+P) Care), you would be wise to buy a copy of this. Other members would also benefit - this is a "must" for any PC member who really wants to learn. The Branch stocks copies (contact Andrew James)
