Tetrathlon / Easter Training Course 2019


TETRATHLON EASTER TRAINING COURSE
15th - 17th April 2019

It is with great regret that we have had to take the decision to cancel the Easter training course in Bath. This decision was not taken lightly but with only 12 applications it was not financially viable for us to hold the course.  Alternative options were discussed at length but unfortunately none were possible.

Having to cancel the course is particularly disappointing as we were extremely impressed with the applications we did receive.  As this year is a non-international year, our hope was to give all Tetrathletes at Open and Intermediate levels the opportunity of training with top coaches, with a view to improving their performance for the upcoming season.

We wish everyone the best of luck for this season and look forward to seeing you.

We are writing to invite all Tetrathletes who competed as an Intermediate or Open during the 2018 Tetrathlon season who are keen, motivated to train, learn and make friends. The cost is £250 per person which includes tuition, accommodation and meals.  There will be training with specialist coaches for swimming, shooting and running, as well as strength and conditioning, hydration and nutrition.

Applicants must be current Pony Club members. Letters of application should cover the following:
- Your commitment to training
- Your commitment to your Branch
- Your Pony Club Ambassadorial skills
- Which Pony Club Tests you have passed
- Your goals for 2019

Spaces will be limited.  In order to book your place please complete the application letter and medical form attached. A letter of recommendation should be obtained from your Branch DC and be included with your application.  This can also be done via email to zkennerley@live.co.uk   If your Branch DC is your parent/guardian, the letter of recommendation should be provided by your Assistant DC or your Area Representative.

The deadline for applications is Friday 15th February 2019.  Applications should be sent to:
Zoe Kennerley,  Palmon Stables,  Llanddeiniol,  Llanrhystud, Ceredigion, SY23 5AW.  No payment is required until the selection process has been completed and successful applicants have been informed.  Those selected will then be invoiced directly from Pony Club Headquarters.
