AH Test The AH Test is the Stable Management phase of the A Test. As from 1st January 2001, the Test features a Mares and Foals Section that was formally in the A Test Riding Test.
Only Members 17 years of age and over, who have passed their full B Test, can take the TestThose who have passed B (horse & pony care) Test only and have been recommended after an assessment by an AH examiner can also take the Test.
The fee is £80. This is forfeited if the candidate withdraws within three weeks of the Test.
Applications must be made to Area Representative on the official card having first been sanctioned by the District Commissioner.
A Member who has failed the AH Test cannot re-take it until at least three months after failing.
An AH honours can be given to a candidate who has reached an exceptionally high standard in all sections of the Test.
