They have gone!  Hartbury will be the fun place to be this weekend.  The Tetrathletes and their supporters will be running, shooting, swimming, riding and partying to the limit this weekend.  Good Luck to competitors, party goers and parents!

Haven't a clue, who, on which pony, or what team, but heard through the grapevine, WKM won at Hickstead today!

ALL DAY RALLY CANCELLED  -  Please note that the rally at Queens Farm has regrettably been cancelled.  There were not sufficient numbers at this point.  Organising the day becomes really difficult if we have to wait for the usual last minute "flood of entries".  Sorry!

Well done to West Kent Meopham Open and Intermediate Tetrathletes for all qualifying for the National Tetrathlon to be held at Hartpury, Gloucester 19th – 22nd August.

They are, in open class, Robert Martin, Jonathan Libre, Pippa Jenman and Annie French, and Jeremy Libre in the intermediate.

Lots of luck to them all next week.

We are off to the Championships!!!  Yet again our Open and Intermediates performed brilliantly to secure some individual qualifying places for the Championships in Derbyshire.  Our open team consisting of Jonathan libre, Rob Martin, Annie French and Jack Budge had mixed fortunes and sadly they just missed out on qualifying as a team but Annie (2nd) and Jack (3rd)  secured their place at the Championships.  The 2 intermediate teams consisting of Amy Tickle, Sarah Copleston, Alice Latta and Dollie Mateer and Alex Myatt, Jacqui Henderson, Abi Witts and Lucy Witts were not qualifiers, but individual places went to Abi Witts (1st), Amy Tickle (2nd) and Jacqui Henderson (2nd).  So all the very best of luck to them all and WELL DONE!!

Don't forget the WKM Open  Show (22nd August).  More info and details are available on the Open Show Page including details of the overall points Championship which Sevenoaks Feeds are kindly sponsoring.

 12 and Under Show

on Tuesday 24th August 2010 at Ash Manor, Ash TN15 7HD For all 12 and under members of our Pony Club. This show, now in its 25th year, is designed for all the family to have a fun day out.  The entries are the cheapest anywhere and, in order that mothers can have a day off, we don’t expect ponies to be plaited. For Schedule and Entry Form, please see attached link on the 12 and under page.

Take at look at the attached schedule for the WKM Open Show - 22nd August.  Definitely one for the diary!

Heard along the grapevine...........  If any Pony Club members are heading for Camber Sands for a beach ride, PLEASE, PLEASE remember to clean up after yourselves in the Car Park.  Due to the mess that is being left behind, there is talk that we will be banned from using the car park and beach.  As ever, the few will spoil it for the rest of us, so please pass this message on, in the hope that something so special will be able to be enjoyed by future children/adults.

Very Important Passport information........  Please see news and results
