Senior Team Show Jumping
New Forest Pony Club Annual show- Sunday 4th July - We took two teams to the New Forest Pony Club show to jump the 3ft class, Florence Cooper, George Keats, Emily Pratt and Laura Reid in one team and Yasmin Sanderson, Aleisha Smith and Thea Brown on the other. All the girls jumped good rounds with Yasmin and George going clear. Yasmin and Emily also entered the 3’3ft-3’6ft with Yasmin only having an unfortunate rail in the jump off phase and Emily sadly being eliminated. A number of the girls also jumped round the 2’9ft as a warm up in which Thea was placed 3rd. It was a lovely enjoyable day out!
West Wilts 29th of December '09- We took a team consisting of Ellie Millington, Yasmin Sanderson, Thea Brown and Lucy Coker, with Maggie
Williams as an individual. West Hants came 7th out of 17 teams with 3 double clears. We had a couple of new pony/rider combinations so we were pleased to get out!
We have been training our seniors hard all through the winter at Ford Farm with Adele. I am delighted to say that we have been over subscribed on the Friday training sessions so are now running an overflow session on the Wednesday.
We would like to repeat our performance with a strong team at this years Areas!
The Vine Pony Club - Sparsholt College 14th March - We had a successful day with 2 teams at 
Sparsholt College on Sunday 14th March (Mothers Day!); Laura Reid, Eloise Owen, Hetty Owen, Elisha Smith, Poppy Harris, Meryan Cann and Florence Cooper.
Although not placed as a team, Laura Reid was 2nd and Poppy Harris 7th in the 2ft9 class.
Laura Reid, Florence Cooper, Elisha Smith and Eloise Owen were placed 4th as a team in the 3ft3 class.

NEWS UPDATE
WEST HANTS PONY CLUB NOVICE SHOW JUMPING TEAM HEAD FOR NATIONAL FINALS
West Hants Pony Club is on a high with yet more individual and team qualifications for the National Pony Club Championships, this time in show jumping. The Novice team comprising of George Keats, Robert Olliffe, Thea Brown and Jasmine Abraham, who won the Area Pony Club Show Jumping competition, with a great team performance to achieve outright success as regional winners.
The highlight was undoubtedly three outstanding clear rounds from a young star in the making, Robert Olliffe, just 11 years old, however everyone contributed to the team triumph, with eight out of twelve rounds of high pressure jumping completed clear of penalties. The team now travels to Cheshire in late August for the National Finals.
