What is a working rally?

These are marked with a* star on the programme and are open to all members. You will be put into a ride according to age and ability and be taught by an experienced instructor capable of teaching a range of abilities in one group. Should you be put into a group that doesn’t suit your ability the organiser will move you into a more suitable group. Please listen to your instructor she will assess your riding and say where you should be.   Day rallies take place in the summer at Carewell Farm. You will need to bring a packed lunch for you, hay and a bucket for your pony. The afternoons are usually used for games, badges and other fun activities. There are water and toilet facilities on site.**Please book in as instructed on the programme at least 5 days before the rally and arrive 30 mins before the start time so that you are ready to ride on time.
