Riding & Road Safety - the sessions for D & D+ have been postponed until after Christmas.
Theory Rallies: D, D+, C have been cancelled for 21 November & 19 December.
Well Done to our Springbucks who came 6th in the Pony Class and to the Gazelles who competed in the Horse Class at the NW Show Jumping Team Championships on 26th October.
Congratulations to Amy Monaghan for passing her B test Theory and to Sarah, Kim, Hayley, Beth and Chloe for passing their C Tests.
CAMP August 2008 
The rain poured but it didn't dampen spirits at this years camp at the Gee Gee Centre in North Yorkshire. We were woken early each morning by a choral performance from the crows, sheep and wood pigeons then the day would progress with lots of fun and laughter as campers still clad in pyjamas would catch their ponies ready for the day's activities. Cross country, show jumping, working hunter, flat work and mounted games were enjoyed by both riders and ponies, but the highlight of the week had to be the visit from Doncaster's Northern Racing College's jockey, Lindsay Charnock. Lindsay gave a captivating t
alk on his career in racing and showed us the amazingly light racing saddle and riding boots. Then.... out onto the centre's race track, stirrups were shortened, reins bridged and in two's and three's they were off!! We are really grateful to Lindsay for his professional advice, guidance and sense of fun which all made for a successful event and greatly enhanced our time at camp. Thanks to Steph for all her hard work in organising the camp and to the parent helpers for their help and support...not forgetting the great food! Also to Esther, Aisha, Abi C, Abi S and Amy for their instruction and shared experience. Looking forward to Camp 2009 to be held from 9th-14th August when we will visit the Gee Gee Centre again!

Mini-Camp…
Olivia, Grace, Beth, Tarrah, Evie and George had great time on this three day camp…instructed by Abi Cronin. As well as flatwork, games and cross country they had a demonstration of driving… and a ride. Only one afternoon of rain! Special thanks to Katie for organising and hosting the camp and to the parents for their support. Please see August newsletter for more pics.
