Welcome to the Glossop & District Pony Club Website

The Pony Club is the number one organisation for young people who love ponies and riding. There are over 40,000 members in Great Britain, with 357 Branches and 347 Centres offering fun, friendship, training, events and competitions. Internationally The Pony Club has a membership of over 110,000 in 18 countries, making it the largest association of riders in the world. Most British equestrian medal winners at the Olympics and World Championships have been members of The Pony Club. 

Founded in 1972, the Glossop & District Branch provides help and support to riders in the North Derbyshire, Tameside and Stockport areas. We train and compete in Show Jumping, Dressage & Mounted Games as well as preparing our members for Pony Club tests.  We meet at Hargate Hill Equestrian Centre for indoor and outdoor rallies and enjoy team spirit within our friendly, caring club.
