Paddock to let - D.I.Y livery offered - Lovely grass paddock approximately 1 acre available to rent. It has a purpose built stable (4 years old) with rubber matting (for 1 horse) and a feed/store room attached. It also has small fenced sand area for turning out. Boundaries are wooden post and natural hedges. It is situated in the quiet village of Molesworth, just off the A14 and offers good hacking. There is an all weather flood lit menage in the village which can be used (under separate negotiation) and private lessons could also arranged.
