We had a beautiful sunny day to enjoy a lovely walk through a working farm, and into a beautiful Bluebell wood. We stopped for a picnic and had a well earned rest after discussing the countryside code! Well done to all of you who passed. Many thanks to my lovely local farmer Tim Siggs for allowing us to wonder round his farm, and also to Roz who came along to help me!

2010 ROAD SAFETY DATES
ROAD SENSE ACHIEVEMENT BADGE
For ALL who have taken their D Test already but have NOT yet taken their C Test. THIS BADGE IS NOW COMPULSORY FOR C TEST.
Details for the next two Road Sense Badges are as follows. Numbers are strictly limited, so please email This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it first to check on places. Cost £25.00, payable to EPC. There is also a road safety book that you will need. I have them to borrow for a deposit of £5.00 which you can collect at the video evening.
Sunday 1st August - Mayfield Fire Station – DVD and on-foot training, 6.30 – 8pm (please note change of date)
Saturday 7th August – St Leonards-Mayfield School

RIDING AND ROAD SAFETY TEST
Well done to all those who passed the new Pony Club Road Rider Test on 29th October:
Hannah Stevens, Mary-Rose Beamish, Jordan Groom, Ellie Horne, Cosima Tibbles, Ellie Duggan, Caroline Blaxland, Rohan Cadney-Moon & Lotte Carter.
The Pony Club has changed the way it is running the Road safety tests and therefore anyone who has taken or is due to take their D+ test now needs to take a safety test before they will receive their C test felt. Then when you have taken your C+ you will need to take the new Road Rider test before you can go onto your B test. Details of training and tests will be in the new fixture card for next year.
Also anyone who has ALREADY taken their C test but not done a road safety test will need to do the new Road Rider test. Details in the new fixture card.
