RALLY INFORMATION
WORKING RALLIES (suitable for all ages and abilities)
How to put your name down for rallies:
Please sign in correctly, it saves a lot of time for the organisers!!
For Daytime Rallies fill in the form which you get with your Spring Programme (or download it from the website - see the blue tab PC Forms) and send it with a cheque for £5 to Jill Bichard at least 3 days before the rally. The time of your ride will be on the AVHPC website one or two days before, or telephone at the time stated in the Diary. Enquiries, only between 6.30 and 7.30 pm please, on 01380 828677.
For an experimental period you can now send in the completed daytime rally form attached to an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it and pay £5 by cheque on the day, or send an email with all the details you usually put on the form: members name, age, tests passed, height of horse/pony, any necessary medical details and any other useful information. We will see how this new system works, but if members sign in by email and then fail to turn up on the day without letting us know we will have to cancel the arrangement as it makes it too difficult to organize instructors. For both Daytime and Evening Rallies we will acknowledge emails so if you don’t get a reply, please try again.
For Evening Rallies contact Clare Bromfield by email or telephone to book in at least 3 days in advance and pay by cheque on the day. You can sign in at one rally for the next one. You get your time when you book. No block bookings please. This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it Tel: 01249 730338
